Free Pile is a service connecting givers and recipients.  Free Pile does not inventory or ship the items.  Therefore any issues regarding goods received or refund requests are directly between the givers and recipients.

Please follow the general rules and regulations before listing any items, so that they are usable, and working items.  Also upon receipt of any reimbursements for shipping and handling please generate a tracking number to issue to the recipient.

Thefreepile.com is not responsible or liable for any actions agreed to between parties, as it is a listing and service site.  Any users that do not comply with the general rules and regulations may be terminated from using the site.
